The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product, without stating any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the Seller within the withdrawal period.

2. Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts;

• For products such as underwear, bikinis, swimsuits, and similar items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

• For products that have been unsealed, tried, or used.

• For products whose tags have been removed or have lost their re-saleable condition.

Returned products must be:

• In their original packaging

• In a re-saleable condition

Once the return conditions are met and the product reaches the Seller, the product price will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method the Buyer used during the purchase.

For returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee is borne by the Buyer.

For returns due to product defects, the shipping fee is covered by the Seller.
