DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been electronically established between the Seller, whose information is provided below, and the Buyer, who makes purchases through the website, in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and relevant legislation.

The Buyer is the natural person who makes purchases through the website www.pinupstarsturkiye.com.tr and whose information declared during the order is taken as basis.

 2.⁠ ⁠SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website.

 3.⁠ ⁠PRODUCT INFORMATION

The products';

are determined in line with the information approved by the Buyer during the order, and this information is an integral part of this Agreement.

 4.⁠ ⁠PAYMENT AND INVOICING

Payment transactions are securely carried out through Iyzico.

Credit card information is not stored or viewed by the Seller.

The invoice is issued according to the invoice information declared during the order.

 5.⁠ ⁠DELIVERY

Products are sent to the delivery address provided by the Buyer during the order, via Yurtiçi Kargo.

Delivery time varies depending on product stock availability but is carried out without exceeding the legal period of 30 days.

 6.⁠ ⁠RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.

However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be unused, with its tags not removed, and in a resalable condition.

 7.⁠ ⁠EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within the withdrawal period.

 8.⁠ ⁠RETURN AND REFUND

If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days following the Seller's receipt of the withdrawal notification.

The refund will be made using the payment method used by the Buyer during payment.

 9.⁠ ⁠FORCE MAJEURE

The parties cannot be held responsible if the obligations arising from the contract cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure events beyond their control.

10.⁠ ⁠AUTHORIZED COURT

In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.

11.⁠ ⁠EFFECTIVENESS

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all conditions of this Distance Sales Agreement when placing an order through the website.
