3. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment transactions are securely carried out via Iyzico.

Credit card information is not stored or recorded by the Seller.

4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Products are sent to the address provided by the Buyer during the order, via Yurtiçi Kargo.

Delivery time may vary depending on product stock status, provided it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.

However;

• For products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons such as underwear, bikinis, swimsuits, etc.

• For products with opened packaging, used, or tried on

the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

6. EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the Seller within the withdrawal period.

7. RETURN AND REFUND

If the right of withdrawal is exercised validly, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days following the Seller's receipt of the withdrawal notification.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In disputes that may arise from this Pre-Information Form, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.
